I can oversee my workload, prioritize and update jobs as needed, and set filters to speed up visibility for my needs. I like the notifications that are what are really helpful for my day to day work schedule. Also, others on my team have visibility to my work load so we avoid doubling up doing the same job.

Lots of bugs and the workflow is very far from being intuitive. The system is flexible and if you're tech savvy it's very very very frustrating to my team to deal with the bugs and counterintuitive workflow.which is tough for my type of business, but they're working to improve that so I don't expect it to be an issue forever.

I am still learning this program daily, so I can't specify anything I dislike. I constantly find little tricks that help streamline my personal needs and the companies. Occasionally on small tasks I feel that I spend more time entering data than I do just doing the work.
