The Workiz program is simple, straightforward and easy to use. The best thing about the product is it has integrations that work well with other programs, this allows you to focus on running the business and not learning the program.

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

Lots of bugs and the workflow is very far from being intuitive. The system is flexible and if you're tech savvy it's very very very frustrating to my team to deal with the bugs and counterintuitive workflow.which is tough for my type of business, but they're working to improve that so I don't expect it to be an issue forever.

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.
