ServiceM8 makes it easy for us to manage technical teams in the field and offer support. It can be used to schedule tasks. deploy as well as locate personnel in real-time. It is easy to use.

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

ServiceM8 is hard to integrate with other software. This increases the time to complete some tasks as you have to run other software separately.

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.
