The android app is good, but I see areas of improvement in Servman Mobile. Wish it would be more robust relative to connectivity and quicker downloads - especially when pushing w/o's with images. We would love to see a field dispatcher app with the ability to see the schedule board and create W/O's in the field with more details.

We love how integrated the system can be. Scheduling, Customer Service, AR, and Marketing capabilities make our day to day operations run pretty smoothly. Once you get used to the system it is fairly easy to use.

I love the fact that with servman you can use it to sched appts, create jobs, save customer files, upload documents very easily.

Customer service has a bit to be desired. We have recommended ST to many other companies, but when they call for a presentation they have not been called back.

The only thing i dislike about servman is when the server is down, its down for awhile.
