Deleting and changing invoices is a pain and when the QB sync screws up with payment it sometimes still says invoiced when it has been paid and there is no way to manually change the status.

We love how integrated the system can be. Scheduling, Customer Service, AR, and Marketing capabilities make our day to day operations run pretty smoothly. Once you get used to the system it is fairly easy to use.

I love the customization of bid forms for your own company layout. I also like the ease of creating proposals and how easy it is to reorganise or edit them. The template creator makes putting together big quotes less time consuming. This software is definitely helping our productivity!

Customer service has a bit to be desired. We have recommended ST to many other companies, but when they call for a presentation they have not been called back.

The biggest drawback for me, as an estimator, is the Line Items catalogue. Every single different line item I create has to be catalogued which ends up creating a huge catalogue of very similar line items. You should be able to create a line item from a standard line item in the catalogue and just make small changes to fit your proposal needs without having to save every little difference.
