Current is based out of ATL and they are amazing. Easy to use software, visual and self explanatory.

Love the integration with phone lines, great messaging board with technicians, great marketing tracking.

The scheduling and dispatching board and screens are easy to navigate and very helpful.

The flexibility of the program - when we hit a roadblock fieldinsight team are great at offering a work around or adding as a new implement, offering customisation on a great monthly plan Customer service is awesome asset management.

Mobile version is limited for techs on the field. Notifications for reminders are limited to one paragraph/set of content, not different based on the business unit.

Only minor things, such as the consistency of where buttons are located or job search function for ongoing jobs/adding a job number to timesheets on mobile versions. Scheduler view is pretty easy and more versatile. Would love if the inventory system could be a bit more sophisticated with incoming and outgoing.
