Some of the titles are interchangeable within different forms which makes it a little bit more challenging to define specific titles...Customer/account are used interchangeably in different forms, but what customer means in one form does not mean the same in the other form. The platform is very open so there is lots of room for things to be reopened and changed. This makes it hard to lock down a point in time.

For me, the ability to download data is most important. I like the transparency of the system. We are able to see what is going on. The ease of processing paperwork with views and dashboards. FieldBoss allows us to improve our processes.

Mobile version is limited for techs on the field. Notifications for reminders are limited to one paragraph/set of content, not different based on the business unit.

Would like to see more ability to build reports in FieldBoss instead of downloading into excel. Reports that have no short learning curve. The most difficult thing about FieldBoss is the learning curve. For someone who does not have their process well defined it can be complicated. The most difficult part of the integration is the data migration. You need to actually have data to migrate.
