There is a few areas I liked most about this software. Customer service is a personal experience with quick and custom tailer help to my specific needs for the software. Also they offer help with other areas of my business like finding the best insurance and workers compensation for my industry.

We love how integrated the system can be. Scheduling, Customer Service, AR, and Marketing capabilities make our day to day operations run pretty smoothly. Once you get used to the system it is fairly easy to use.

Customer service has a bit to be desired. We have recommended ST to many other companies, but when they call for a presentation they have not been called back.

I haven't really found anything to complain about with it. It's easy to implement and use and has so many features that it's an all-in-one product for my business. The workers didn't like the fact that everything can be tracked if I decide to monitor things that way.
