All the information can be stored in one place. The financial aspect is clear and clean. Homeowners have access to all the information in one place. RFI's are easy to keep track of and keep subvendors on task.

Customer service has a bit to be desired. We have recommended ST to many other companies, but when they call for a presentation they have not been called back.

The constant updates. The selections tab, we are a custom home builder and do not have standard selections for every job so we cannot just auto populate. Also it doesnt print well at all. Edit in excel / word sometime fails and you loose EVRYTHING!
