Everyone at ServiceMax seems to be extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help or find the right person to help. Recently we had the need for tracking specific tools used by our Technicians.

It is easy to use and can be downloaded on a tablet, phone or laptop. It is also easy to integrate into other 3rd party applications.

I like the notifications that are what are really helpful for my day to day work schedule. Also, others on my team have visibility to my work load so we avoid doubling up doing the same job.
