It requires way to much mouse use on the back-end. It can slow down and get very clunky, and the mobile app for technicians can fail at syncing often enough to be irritating.

The android app is good, but I see areas of improvement in Servman Mobile. Wish it would be more robust relative to connectivity and quicker downloads - especially when pushing w/o's with images. We would love to see a field dispatcher app with the ability to see the schedule board and create W/O's in the field with more details.
