Salesforce, sometimes when opening up a new case, can be slow. That is my only complaint. Salesforce is typically really great!

Only minor things, such as the consistency of where buttons are located or job search function for ongoing jobs/adding a job number to timesheets on mobile versions. Scheduler view is pretty easy and more versatile. Would love if the inventory system could be a bit more sophisticated with incoming and outgoing.
