The intelligent scheduling capabilities of Salesforce Field Service stand out as one of its best features. It takes into account various factors such as technician skills, availability, location, and customer preferences to optimize scheduling and assign the most suitable resource to each job.

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

The configuration process in Salesforce Field Service can be quite complex and time-consuming.

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.
