It's buggy and has loads of problems, says it saves when I haven't, constantly freezing, kicking you out, and the customer service is hopeless and unhelpful.

The only redeeming side to this software is it works in conjunction with Quickbooks for payroll and billing. (At least at first) Customer service was always readily available even if they had no clue what was needed to solve an issue.

Really easy to import customers from accounting software or adding them manually. Job & staff planning is simple and can be made recurring indefinitely unlike most CSM software.
