the only thing i could fault this for is its if for the system to regularly ask for a new password for security reasons, slightly annoying however its makes the system safer i suppose!

The only redeeming side to this software is it works in conjunction with Quickbooks for payroll and billing. (At least at first) Customer service was always readily available even if they had no clue what was needed to solve an issue.

I haven't seen any issue in it hence for me there are no dislikes. However, its work order management system has helped us keep track of all tasks and service requests. We can easily create, track, and manage work orders, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
