I love the customization of bid forms for your own company layout. I also like the ease of creating proposals and how easy it is to reorganise or edit them. The template creator makes putting together big quotes less time consuming. This software is definitely helping our productivity!

The process of setup takes a little more longer, there are so many advanced features and that is why it takes so much time to configure it, about the calendar we are very satisfied about it, but we could be better is they could add a drag and drop function to it

The biggest drawback for me, as an estimator, is the Line Items catalogue. Every single different line item I create has to be catalogued which ends up creating a huge catalogue of very similar line items. You should be able to create a line item from a standard line item in the catalogue and just make small changes to fit your proposal needs without having to save every little difference.
