The tool for marking days complete is simple but if there was a reminder notification to mark when you start a job that would be helpful.

Recurring invoicing is not easy - especially challenging for retainer customers. There is no way to generate a statement for a customer from this system. So it doesn't work great for customers on a monthly payment plan.

I wish that the notifications for new jobs would be in chronological date order. Randomness is difficult. I also wonder if there is a way to approve jobs for the entire year. Having jobs sitting in notifications and not populating on your calendar makes it easy to miss something which could be catastrophic for business.
