Best thing about MHelpDesk is that it's all online and they have very supportive customer service reps.

MHelpDesk has made invoicing easier than what my company used in the past. It also allows all client information to be in one place.

The flexibility of the program - when we hit a roadblock fieldinsight team are great at offering a work around or adding as a new implement, offering customisation on a great monthly plan Customer service is awesome asset management.

Sometimes slow response times and difficulty resolving technical issues.

Only minor things, such as the consistency of where buttons are located or job search function for ongoing jobs/adding a job number to timesheets on mobile versions. Scheduler view is pretty easy and more versatile. Would love if the inventory system could be a bit more sophisticated with incoming and outgoing.
