Support staff is great. System is easy to use. Accessible from the desktop to tablets to cell phones. Zapier triggers are great - need more.

The app is very useful, but certain things can only reliably be done through the website (like marking a job done, scheduling future work and updating client details).

There is no published roadmap. We don't know if we should invest in developing external (or connected) functionality or not. It would help to have a report writer to develop custom reports.
