There is a few areas I liked most about this software. Customer service is a personal experience with quick and custom tailer help to my specific needs for the software. Also they offer help with other areas of my business like finding the best insurance and workers compensation for my industry.

The app is very useful, but certain things can only reliably be done through the website (like marking a job done, scheduling future work and updating client details).

I haven't really found anything to complain about with it. It's easy to implement and use and has so many features that it's an all-in-one product for my business. The workers didn't like the fact that everything can be tracked if I decide to monitor things that way.
