Jobber can be used for all processes of sending and receiving job applications, and for organising groups to carry them out. Jobber includes its own CRM to manage customers and their history of interactions over time.

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

The self-service portal that Jobber allows us to set up to receive support requests or sales from customers is unattractive because the notification system for our responses to their requests does not work properly (messages are not notified)

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.
