It is a web hosted PSA that we use for our primary support ticketing, technical projects, resource time tracking and billing as well as some asset management. It has good functionality, provides decent reporting and has good support as well.

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

The only thing about Fieldpoint is with a fully customizable software, the more you customize the more it could potentially break your system. Full testing scripts are needed to ensure that things will be working properly when you release any kind of change.

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.
