FieldEdge has allowed us to improve in a lot of ways. The thing that initially attracted us was reporting and automation. We've been able to get a great insight into our company, and it has improved our dispatching, agreements, and tracking to be a better company.

The diaries allow us to book work well in advance and trackers / diaries show where engineers are in real time. With estimating and invoicing also integrated, Commusoft combines everything you need which in turn has allowed our company to grow from a team of 3-4 to 10+ now.

Some glitches in a system, like when you create a quote, the first page is empty. Customers don't like it very much. I hope this will be fixed sooner than later.

There have been some issues with accounts software integration and it feels this could be upgraded / smoothed out. There good thing about commusoft is there are always updates and it feels like this will become a smoother aspect in time. I'd love for it to allow us to picture invoices and them going straight through to Sage as per other accounting software.
